Responsibilities
- Accurately process medical claims and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Utilize provided billing software to manage patient accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
- Communicate effectively with insurance providers and patients regarding payment issues
- Generate and analyze monthly billing reports for financial reconciliation
- Maintain detailed patient records and documentation in our secure EMR system

Qualifications
