Responsibilities
- Accurately code and submit medical claims using ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS standards
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits before patient services
- Manage denied claims with systematic follow-up protocols
- Resolve billing discrepancies through insurance carrier negotiations
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations

Qualifications
- 2+ years of medical billing experience in outpatient/hospital settings
