- Generate monthly revenue reports for management review
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure documentation accuracy
- Manage patient payment plans and account balances
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years medical billing experience
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credential preferred
- Proficiency in Epic, NextGen, or similar EHR systems
- Strong knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding guidelines
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
