- Process and submit clean claims to insurance companies with 95%+ accuracy
- Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits before service delivery
- Resolve claim denials and appeals within SLA timelines
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and healthcare billing regulations
- Generate monthly reports on billing performance metrics
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure documentation accuracy
- Train on new billing technologies and industry updates
Qualifications
- 2+ years of medical billing experience in a US healthcare setting
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification preferred
- Expertise in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems
- Proficient with Epic, Athenahealth, or similar EHR platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage high-volume claim processing workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
