Responsibilities

- Verify patient eligibility, benefits, and coverage details prior to service delivery
- Conduct thorough claim follow-up and resolve denials/adjustments promptly
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and payer-specific regulations
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure complete documentation and coding accuracy
- Generate monthly revenue reports and identify process improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding standards
- Expertise with medical billing software (e.g., Epic, Medisoft, or similar)
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification preferred
