Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Monitor vital signs and document health status changes accurately
- Assist with medication administration under professional guidance

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- State-issued Home Health Aide certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Indiana driver's license and reliable vehicle
