Responsibilities
- Manage patient check-in/out processes using provided EMR systems
- Coordinate appointments and maintain accurate schedules
- Handle patient inquiries and triage calls using multi-line phone systems
- Process insurance verifications and collect co-pays via provided billing software
- Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance protocols
- Prepare and organize medical charts using supplied digital filing systems
- Assist with front office administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years medical front desk experience preferred
- Proficiency with provided EMR systems (training available)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to work efficiently with provided equipment
- Valid CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
