Responsibilities
- Manage patient check-in/check-out processes using provided computer systems
- Schedule and confirm appointments through our medical software platform
- Maintain accurate electronic health records with supplied equipment
- Handle patient inquiries and triage calls using provided phone systems
- Process insurance verification and billing documentation
- Prepare and organize patient charts using supplied filing systems
- Coordinate with clinical staff using provided communication tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of medical office or customer service experience
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic medical terminology knowledge preferred
- Detail-oriented with data entry accuracy
