Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones and directing calls.
- Perform patient check-ins, update demographic information, and verify insurance details.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinical calendar efficiently.
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and manage patient billing inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and digital filing systems.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow and satisfaction.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and inventory management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or medical administration is a plus but not mandatory.
