Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and monitor vital signs and clinical indicators.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Document patient care plans, assessments, and progress notes accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure holistic patient care.
- Assist with patient education, discharge planning, and infection control measures.
- Respond to emergent situations with calm and confidence.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee.
- Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and evidence-based practice.
