Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care across diverse medical units including med-surg, telemetry, and emergency departments
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with precise documentation
- Monitor patient vitals and respond rapidly to changes in condition
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge protocols
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital safety standards
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Graduate from accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Active Arizona RN license (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Valid BLS certification with ACLS preferred
- Clinical rotation experience in acute care settings
- Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication abilities for multidisciplinary collaboration

- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
