Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vitals and document changes in electronic health records
- Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Administer medications under RN supervision
- Respond to patient call bells and emergency situations promptly
- Prepare rooms for new admissions and maintain sterile environments
- Collaborate with night shift nurses and physicians on care plans
- Transport patients for diagnostic procedures safely
Qualifications
- Active Washington State CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care or long-term experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper technique
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail during overnight hours
- Proficient in EHR documentation systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
