Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Monitor residents' vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with medication administration under RN supervision
- Document care activities accurately in electronic health records
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and emergency situations
- Prepare residents for morning routines and assist with breakfast
- Maintain clean and organized resident living areas
Qualifications
- Active Arizona CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care or long-term care experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
