Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in resident conditions
- Assist with medication administration per care plan protocols
- Document care accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure resident safety and comfort
- Respond to emergency situations calmly and effectively
- Maintain a clean and safe resident environment
Qualifications
- Active Arizona CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months long-term care experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and observational skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Pass criminal background check and TB screening
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if transporting residents)
