Responsibilities
- Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Administer medications accurately per protocols
- Document care activities in electronic health records
- Respond promptly to call bells and resident needs
- Maintain a safe, clean environment for overnight residents
- Collaborate with healthcare team during shift transitions
Qualifications
- Current Arizona CNA certification
- Minimum 1 year long-term care experience
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Exceptional communication and observation skills
- Flexibility for rotating weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
