Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care during night shifts, including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Document patient observations accurately in electronic health records
- Maintain a safe, clean environment following infection control protocols
- Respond to patient call lights promptly and efficiently
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
- Active North CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of long-term care or hospital experience
- Valid CPR certification
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
