Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to elderly residents including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with medication administration under nurse supervision
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop individualized care plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Respond promptly to resident needs and emergency situations
- Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences
Qualifications
- Current Minnesota CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year long-term care experience preferred
- Valid CPR certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work between 7 PM - 7 AM with customizable shift options
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
