Responsibilities
- Perform accurate vital signs, physical assessments, and patient screenings.
- Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Draw blood and administer injections as directed by licensed providers.
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) and ensure accurate documentation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families during evening hours.
Qualifications
- Certificate or Diploma from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
- Current CMA or RMA certification (BLS/ACLS preferred).
- Previous experience in a clinical setting (1+ years preferred).
- Ability to work flexible night shift schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems.
