Your Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Monitor patient conditions and promptly report any changes or emergencies to the charge nurse.
- Provide direct patient support, including hygiene assistance and emotional support.
- Document all patient interactions and care activities accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and other members of the healthcare team.
Qualifications:
- Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in the State of Tennessee.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
