Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care in critical care and general medicine units during night shifts
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using advanced EHR systems
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and compliance standards
- Respond to emergency situations with rapid assessment and intervention

Qualifications
- Active Virginia RN license (compact state license accepted)
- BSN degree preferred; ADN with 2+ years experience considered
- BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS preferred
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience

- Ability to adapt to flexible shift rotations
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
