Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient assessment, medication administration, and treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate seamless patient care
- Document clinical observations accurately in EMR systems
- Respond to emergency situations with rapid intervention protocols
- Mentor new staff and uphold safety standards during overnight shifts
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Colorado (Compact License accepted)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Experience with Epic EMR preferred
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
