Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across diverse medical units
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Monitor vital signs and respond to emergency situations effectively
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- mentor junior nursing staff and support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Tennessee
- BSN degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience with Epic EHR system preferred
