Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care during night shifts across various departments including ICU, ER, and Med-Surg
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions with precision and compassion
- Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to critical changes using advanced assessment skills
- Collaborate seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure HIPAA compliance
- Participate in emergency response protocols and rapid response team activations
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Georgia RN license in good standing
- BSN or higher degree preferred (ADN considered with relevant experience)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure night shift environments
- Excellent clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience with Epic EMR system preferred
