Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers and position changes
- Support nurses with medical equipment and supply management
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient environments
- Facilitate patient communication with healthcare team
- Adhere to HIPAA and facility safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass criminal background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper techniques
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification (provided if needed)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to varied shift schedules
- Willingness to complete state-approved CNA training
