Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming) for elderly clients
- Assist with daily living activities (meal prep, light housekeeping, errands)
- Monitor vital signs and report health changes to care coordinators
- Administer medications as per care plans and training protocols
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Maintain accurate care documentation and client records
- Implement individualized care plans with dignity and respect
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Physical ability to assist with lifting/transferring clients
