Responsibilities
- Process and dispense prescription medications accurately according to legal and safety standards.
- Receive and verify incoming stock, manage inventory levels, and ensure proper storage.
- Assist customers with prescription inquiries, insurance copays, and general pharmacy operations.
- Prepare prescription labels and ensure all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA and HIPAA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with pharmacists regarding prescription concerns and patient needs.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive paid training.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic math skills for calculating dosages and handling transactions.
