Your Role:

As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct patient care, assist with daily living activities, and ensure our residents/patients maintain the highest quality of life.   • Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming, while maintaining dignity and respect.

  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families during their stay.
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure patient safety and comfort.
  • Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and nutritional needs.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment, adhering to strict hygiene standards.
  • Document patient care activities and observations accurately in electronic health records (EHR).

Qualifications

  • Possess a current and valid Oklahoma CNA Certification (Required).
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred.
