Responsibilities
Provide compassionate care to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistanceMonitor and document vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff promptlyAssist with mobility, transfers, and rehabilitation exercisesSupport residents with nutritional needs and mealtime assistanceMaintain clean, safe environments following infection control protocolsCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plansAdminister basic treatments under nursing supervision
Qualifications
Active Pennsylvania CNA certification requiredMinimum 1 year long-term care or hospital experience preferredCurrent CPR/BLS certification from accredited providerAbility to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periodsStrong communication skills with residents, families, and staffFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysPass background check and drug screeningCommitment to resident-centered care philosophy
