Responsibilities
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Administer prescribed medications and document all treatments accurately.
- Communicate effectively with physicians and nursing staff regarding patient conditions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license valid in the State of California.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Previous experience in a clinical or home healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to use electronic health record systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting.
