Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient intake/output, and health changes
- Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to residents
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments following infection control protocols
- Collaborate with RNs and healthcare team members to coordinate care plans
- Transport patients safely within the facility for procedures and activities
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and facility policies
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months of recent long-term care experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
