Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Monitor vital signs and document client observations via our secure remote portal
- Assist with medication administration and health management plans
- Coordinate care plans with nurses and family members through telehealth platforms
- Transport clients to medical appointments using agency-provided vehicles
- Maintain accurate electronic health records during remote shifts
- Implement infection control protocols during all client interactions
Qualifications
- Current California CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year experience in home care or assisted living
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Proficiency with telehealth documentation systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Clear TB test and background check within last 12 months
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills for remote client/family interactions
