Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive virtual patient assessments and care coordination
- Monitor and interpret patient data through advanced telehealth platforms
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per established protocols
- Document clinical notes accurately in electronic health records (EHR)

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Washington State
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- BSN preferred (ADN considered with relevant experience)

- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
