Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Accurate vital sign monitoring and documentation
- Support with therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation activities
- Assistance with meal preparation and feeding support
- Collaboration with RNs and care team for coordinated care plans
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments
- Respond promptly to patient call systems and needs
Qualifications
- Active California CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months recent clinical experience
- BLS/CPR certification from AHA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper techniques
- Flexibility for day/evening/weekend shifts
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation
- Pass background check and drug screening
