Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient conditions, and care activities
- Assist with mobility transfers, positioning, and ambulation using proper techniques
- Support nutritional needs by serving meals and assisting with feeding when required
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain clean resident environments
- Collaborate with healthcare team to implement personalized care plans
- Respond promptly to resident calls and emergency situations
Qualifications
- Active California CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months recent CNA experience in senior care setting
- Current CPR/BLS certification from recognized provider
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills
- Compassionate demeanor with genuine passion for elderly care
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Clear criminal background check and negative TB test
