Responsibilities

  • Adhere to all infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment for residents.

Qualifications

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license currently active in the State of Texas required.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and families.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and the ability to lift, push, and pull patients or equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Previous experience in long-term care, assisted living, or home health is preferred.
  • Compassionate, patient-centered attitude and a commitment to high-quality care standards.
