Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation using proper techniques
- Monitor vital signs and document resident observations accurately
- Administer medications under RN supervision per protocols
- Support nutritional needs during meal service and hydration
- Maintain clean, safe resident environments and infection control
- Collaborate with healthcare teams for coordinated resident care
Qualifications
- Active Nevada CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year long-term care or assisted living experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
