Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs with our remote charting system
- Administer medications under RN supervision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams via virtual huddles
- Maintain accurate electronic health records from home
- Adapt to flexible shift schedules including nights/weekends
- Support patient education through telehealth sessions
Qualifications
- Active NC CNA certification
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms (training provided)
- Availability for rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/evening)
- Basic computer skills for remote documentation
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
