Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor patient vital signs and document observations in electronic health records
- Assist with medication administration under RN supervision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and HIPAA compliance
- Support emotional well-being through patient engagement and active listening
Qualifications
- Active Nevada CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of acute care or long-term experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
- Strong communication skills and empathy-driven approach
- Clear criminal background check and drug screening
