Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance to elderly clients
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor vital signs and document client health status
- Administer medications as per care plan protocols
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings
- Maintain clean, organized living environments for clients
- Communicate effectively with families and healthcare teams
- Adhere to HIPAA and agency compliance standards
Qualifications
- Active California CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience
- CPR and First Aid certification required
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Valid California driver's license and reliable vehicle
