Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care during overnight shifts (7 PM - 7 AM)
- Monitor patient vital signs and administer medications with precision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Respond to emergency situations and provide critical interventions
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records
- Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and families
- Adhere to hospital protocols and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Active North Carolina RN license (or compact state license)
- BSN degree required (MSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Experience in telemetry or ICU setting preferred
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
