Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including exams, fillings, and extractions
- Prepare and sterilize instruments/equipment following OSHA standards
- Take dental X-rays and develop radiographs accurately
- Manage patient scheduling and maintain digital records
- Provide chairside support and ensure patient comfort
- Perform infection control protocols and maintain operatory hygiene
Qualifications
- Current Dental Assistant certification (DANB or equivalent)
- Nevada X-ray license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- 1+ years of clinical dental assisting experience
- Proficiency with Eaglesoft/Dentrix software
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work 3-4 days/week (Tue-Sat schedule)
