Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including restorative and surgical treatments
- Perform digital radiography and chairside imaging with precision
- Manage sterilization protocols and maintain OSHA-compliant operatory setups
- Take accurate dental impressions and pour models for prosthetics
- Administer patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care
- Coordinate patient flow and optimize appointment scheduling efficiency
- Maintain electronic health records using Dentrix/Eaglesoft software
Qualifications
- Current California RDA license or eligible for certification
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency in digital radiography and infection control protocols
- CDA or DANB certification preferred
- Exceptional chairside demeanor with strong patient communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced clinical environment
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and dental charting systems
- Flexible availability including some evenings and Saturdays
