Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping duties and meal preparation
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Monitor vital signs and report health changes to RN supervisor
- Maintain accurate care documentation and client records
Qualifications
- Arizona HHA certification or CNA license required
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Pass background check and TB screening
- Strong communication skills and empathy
- Flexibility to work varied shifts (morning/evening/weekend)
