Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry as directed by the client's care plan.
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks based on specific dietary restrictions.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments, therapy sessions, and social outings.
- Administer medication reminders and accurately document daily logs and vital signs.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's quality of life.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the nursing team regarding care updates.
Qualifications
- Current Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Arizona.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
