Your Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine patient intake, accurate vital sign measurements, and medical history documentation.
- Assist physicians and advanced practice providers during examinations and procedures.
- Prepare exam rooms with necessary medical instruments and supplies.
- Manage and update Electronic Health Records (EHR) with precision and confidentiality.
- Administer medications, injections, and vaccines as directed by providers.
- Coordinate patient follow-up appointments and handle insurance verification processes.
Qualifications:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), or NCMA certification.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- 1+ years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
- Strong proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-first attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
