- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and billing best practices
- Resolve billing discrepancies through direct communication with insurance providers
- Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and reporting
- Generate monthly billing reports for financial analysis
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience in outpatient or clinical settings
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification preferred

- Strong knowledge of insurance claim processes and reimbursement policies
