Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify patient demographics and insurance information for accuracy.
- Submit claims to insurance carriers (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial) in a timely manner.
- Follow up on denied or pending claims to ensure timely resolution.
- Process patient payments and post transactions to patient accounts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Medical Billing/Coding preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management.
- Proficiency in medical billing software (e.g., Epic, AthenaHealth, Cerner) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding guidelines.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
