Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare and dispense prescription medications under pharmacist supervision
- Manage inventory control, including ordering, stocking, and rotation of pharmaceutical supplies
- Maintain precise patient records and prescription documentation per regulatory standards
- Provide exceptional customer service, including medication counseling and insurance processing
- Ensure compliance with Oregon State Board of Pharmacy regulations and HIPAA guidelines
- Operate pharmacy technology systems efficiently (e.g., dispensing software, inventory management)
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care outcomes
Qualifications
- Current Oregon Pharmacy Technician license required
- Minimum 1 year pharmacy technician experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and prescription processing
