Responsibilities
- Accurately dispense prescription medications under pharmacist supervision
- Process insurance claims and maintain patient records with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service and medication counseling
- Manage inventory and order pharmaceutical supplies
- Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
- Assist in compounding sterile preparations when certified
- Operate pharmacy technology systems efficiently
Qualifications
- Active California Pharmacy Technician license
- 6 months+ pharmacy experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and pharmacy protocols
