Responsibilities
- Perform accurate venipuncture and capillary blood collection procedures
- Process and label specimens according to clinical protocols
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA and CLIA compliance standards
- Provide exceptional patient care with empathy and professionalism
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies
- Document procedures and patient information with precision
- Collaborate with healthcare team for seamless patient flow
Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy Technician certification (NHA/ASCP/AMT)
- Minimum 1 year clinical phlebotomy experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CPR/BLS certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
